Family and Friends, What another beautiful Sunday we had at the ‘Mount! Pictured is Mother Lettie Jiles-Butcher and Deaconess Rosemary Jones. Mother Jiles-Butcher surprised us this morning, coming all the way from Florida to visit her beloved church family. Deaconess Jones is holding the Men’s Day basket (made by Connie Dennis-Booker) that her grandson, Justin, won today. He also graduated high school yesterday! To God be the glory for all the great things he is doing through us! Have a wonderful week everyone.

Genesis 2:7 - And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. “Dear God, I am made of dust, yet You have poured out a whole universe of love upon me. Thank You for this love, for the gift of life, and for all Your creation. Help me to be humble enough to know I have earned nothing, while also seeing that You have given me everything. Amen.”

Happy New Year, Family and Friends!
Family and Friends, MERRY CHRISTMAS! This Sunday, we concluded our Advent celebration by lighting the purple candle of peace. Today, we would light the Christ candle to represent Jesus' birth. Most of us are opening presents, cooking and entertaining family and friends. Make room for peace today after a busy and stressful holiday season, for the Prince of Peace has come. God's promise has been fulfilled. Scripture Reference: John 14:27, Luke 2:11,14
Tonight! 730PM!
Family and Friends, This past Sunday we continued our Advent celebration by lighting two candles, love and joy. Both represent what the birth of Jesus gave us so that we could be inspired to live for him..... unconditional, everlasting love and unspeakable joy. Scriptural references: John 3:16, Luke 2:10
Good morning Family and Friends, We hope to see you there!
Family and Friends, This is an additional reminder for our Christmas Fellowship tomorrow. There will be plenty of fun, food and gifts. All ages will enjoy. We hope to see you there @ 3PM!
YOU'RE INVITED!
This past Sunday we were blessed to participate in the Stony Creek Christmas Parade since winning 1st place float 19 years ago. This year's theme was "Peace on Earth," trimmed in white and gold decor. Job well done to the everyone that participated in the parade, especially the committee that took this on! Please continue to share or tag us in any additional photos and videos.
Family and Friends, The season of Advent has begun! It is a time where we commemorate the birth of Jesus and spiritually prepare to celebrate, just as we do with Lent and Easter/Resurrection Sunday! This Sunday we lit the candle of hope symbolizing the confident expectation we all should have of "tomorrow" - God's promise of a Savior!
May your Thanksgiving be happy and blessed, from LMBC!

There was an awesome turnout today at the Family and Friends Cookout! Thanks to all that came out and brought new faces to enjoy the fellowship! The signal was too weak to go live, nevertheless, below is a snippet of the fun we had today [The older generation showing the millenniums how it’s done (not really 😂)]
